This is the only London agent I\'m familiar with, so I\'m glad to see the other bad reviews, apparently Riverhomes really are worse than average.
As always, good and friendly contact until the money\'s in. Once that happened, getting hold of them was next to impossible.
The fees are fairly high, the paperwork was initially all wrong, and now on renewal they\'re making all the same mistakes again. To make things easier, the lady who\'s doing renewals is on holiday whenever I\'m trying to reach her, leaving no alternate contact information other than their phone number for emergencies.
If the house wasn\'t so great, I sure would love to stop doing business with these people.
