Long term tenant. Tried to avoid phoning their office for anything due to condescending and patronising staff.
James is quite frankly rude and should not be allowed to have any dealings with the public.
As a healthcare worker who serves the public and deals with people everyday I was frequently offended by the attitude of the company staff.
Upon leaving the property it seems the company is hell bent on deducting large amounts of money from the deposit.
Furthermore, it took 2 months of back and forth to get the remainder of the deposit back.
Oh and don\'t expect a quick transfer, they are the only people in the modern world who only do deposit returns on Monday Wednesday and Friday AFTERNOONs only, and that too takes 3 working days to reach your account!
As a tenant or future landlord I would advise people to avoid this company. They have the deadly combination of can\'t do won\'t do and they just don\'t seem to give a damn.
