Selling your house is a rather challenging and stressful proposition in the current economic climate. Lewis and Kate truly went above and beyond in selling our property, and we would thoroughly recommend them. Lewis discussed our initial pricing/selling strategy honestly and knowledgeably. And the photos! What can I say! In what seemed to be an early and never-ending winter he watched the weather forecast like a hawk and came round several times with his camera, thus managing to take photos which showed our property with blue skies and natural sunlight flooding in, to show it at its best! When we were looking at properties to buy we really noticed the quality/comprehensiveness of photos, so this was in our opinion a valuable selling tool.
Kate did most of the viewings on our property - she had unsurpassed local knowledge, having previously lived in our road in a house with an identical layout (we did not know Kate when we first visited Bradleys, but learning this did influence our decision to sell our property through them), and she extolled the virtues of the property and local area with enthusiasm. Both Lewis and Kate gave prompt feedback from viewings. When we did receive an offer, Lewis handled negotiations well, resulting in an offer we were happy with.
As often happens, there were some glitches along the way (someone pulled out at a late stage lower down int he chain) but Kate and Lewis were proactive in seeking solutions and passing on information where necessary.
We have just exchanged contracts, and I can definitely say that Lewis and Kate and Bradleys have definitely earned their (very competitive) fee. Thanks guys!
