What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more curteous to your tenants Be more responsive to complaints Be more professional. Update your system as it is archaeic. Manage your landlords better Stop playing the blame game. Man up to your responsibilities as an agent.

Well where do I start. When we reported faults they blamed the landlord for delays in rectifying said problems, when in fact they didn't inform the landlord as we found out when we spoke to the landlord ourselves! Sometimes they didn't even attempt to fix ...
