I was interested in a viewing of one of their properties. My first call went unanswered so left a message. i received a call back about an hour later. i asked for a Sunday viewing due to both my wife\'s and my own availability - no can do. I asked for an evening viewing - again no can do (nothing after 5pm!). I asked for a viewing this Monday bank holiday, guess what - no can do. I guess a can do attitude to selling houses is not that important. We are looking at spending circa £500k on a property so we would expect some flexibility. I would love to be available before 5 to view and Saturdays are not always workable. This is the only agent i have had issues with trying to arrange a viewing with these \'restrictions\'. A possible sale lost?
What agent could do to change your mind?
There appears to be zero flexibility and a could not care less attitude. I did not get a positive feeling whatsoever from your agency. If you were my agent i would be very disappointed and concerned.

Dear Sir,

We pride ourselves on consistently delivering a high level of customer service. This is borne out by all other feedback we have received to date and, as such, I am very concerned to read your comments. It is unfortunate that you could only view the property between 7 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ 8pm during weekdays, on Sunday or this Bank Holiday Monday, all times that the office happens to be closed. We are open six days a week, every week of the year, with the exception of bank holidays and Sundays and feel this offers the flexibility needed by our customers. However, we do understand that not everybody works 9-5pm, Monday to Friday, and as such we do our best to accommodate viewing requests outside normal office hours. As explained when you called us to arrange the viewing, the property you wanted to view is empty and therefore there was no option to contact the vendor to see if they could show you around.

If you are still interested in viewing the property, please call the office and ask to speak to me, I will deal with this matter personally. I am confident we will be able to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
