I\'ve never actually been that compelled to write a review for anything before. So well done HSC you have actually won the award for being that horrific that I feel the need to tell everyone else!
I have rented properties for 13 years now and never have I had such resistance and shocking customer service from another letting agent in all my life. They NEVER ever return phone calls. They NEVER fix anything without persistent hounding for at least 2 months, and in one case it took 4 months. 4 months!! And that particular issue was to fix our broken heating, which we reported in October. We finally got new heaters in January!!! Thank you for my freezing cold Christmas!!
The agents never see anything through so your forever having to explain things over and over again to someone new and start from the beginning. They just out and out ignore your calls and emails and are always "unavailable" to speak to you.
I\'ve rented two separate flats through this agency and on both occasions the flat was never "professionally cleaned" or cleaned at all for that matter before moving in. The first place was supposed to be "furnished" we moved in, and there was no furniture. We had to sleep on an air bed for two weeks! Seriously how can you actually get it that wrong?!
The current flat we live in was offered slightly cheaper due to the fact that the landlord openly didn\'t want to fix certain things, we thought we could live with some cosmetic damage but apparently that attitude of theirs rings true for every single tiny problem that comes up with the property. I have had 2 broken toilets for 6 weeks now. One doesn\'t have a seat anymore as it just clean fell off and the screws broke, and the other one no longer flushes so I have been flushing it with the use of a bucket. FOR 6 WEEKS!!
I am actually enraged with this god awful agency.
I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO NOT USE THEM!!!!
