Basic failings in the service provided. Never noticed that rent had not been paid in some months. Rarely returned calls to me (the Landlord) or the tenant. Tenant complained at the lack of service and I can only concur. Be prepared to manage the managing agent. Also be prepared to wait a long time for the security deposit to be refunded. Agents claims there is no statutory limit for this "as long as the landlord/tenant are kept informed". Hmmmm.
