Cowboys. We let our property through them and the service has been shocking. They collect the rent and don't pass it on. Months of chasing and they never return calls. Even going into the shop and the director just tells flat out lies. 'Your bank account is closed' was one, and then given a dodgy cheque that was returned by the bank.
The company don't care. They use landlord money like it their own. Still pursuing.
