HLM have managed our property since it was build 3 years ago although managed might be a strong word.

I had to live with a burnt out window for 6 months after an initial next day replacement was promised, i became very ill and collapsed from Argon gas poisoning.

My property is ground floor and during torrential rain water comes in as there is a piece of polystyrene covering up a drainage gap. Meaning i had to replace the soggy carpets myself

There are cracks in the ceiling that the complaints have been ignored. Shattered glass in the communal area reported over 2 years ago where i was promised a next day repair - SURPRISE didnt happen.

I could list around 40 other issues including punctured tyres. Refuse storage, emergency line not manned or even available. They have to be nominated for the worst property maintenace people in the UK.

Overall HLM have ignored my emails, phone calls and any kind of contact. There are neglectful and DANGEROUS AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS they are faceless money grabbing bastards.

i wouldnt treat a Dog like HLM treat there tennants.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Anything, its still debatable whether there even real.
