I rented from June 2012 to December 2012 - EDENVALE are being sued in Court by one out of three tenants - they xxxx never conduct maintenance or repairs - if you withold the rent to force them to pay they will deduct from your debit card without your permission
Your deposit might not be put into a Government Deposit Scheme - only when you demand the deposit will they rush and deposit the money but that is when they see Court proceedings are inevitable
They made fantastic deductions and then start to stall and block your withdrawing of your deposit forcing you to take them to Court
Reviews show a list of complaints a mile long from hundreds of tenants - the complaints are all about being ripped off on deposits and properties literally uninhabitable - this does not include exorbitant rents and rents far in excess of the value of the property
It is also stated that in my case the oven had a short circuit for nearly a year and they never fixed it and my child could have been killed through electrocution

In respect of the review you have posted, the content all of which is completely unsubstantiated and if required, I can provide with evidence to prove so.

You behaviour is quite alarming and quite clearly you have a personal vendetta against us, which is very odd considering you have never been one of our clients.

It is with regret, that you have not learned anything from your past mistakes, despite being jailed for 2 years.

You will also be aware that you have a Civil Restraint Order against you, one is assuming, you have attempted to file several bogus claims, which have been thrown out by the court.

In respect of anyone who wishes to make a complaint regarding Edenvale, we do have an internal complaint process, which is dealt with at Director level. If you do have concern, please contact our offices.

Whilst writing, we would like to add that we find responding to comments in a public setting inappropriate and if any of the comments are found to have merit we deal with them internally. However due to the harassment of this man, we in this case feel compelled to respond to ensure that any of our existing/prospective clients can be assured that the comments made are purely malicious.
