Agency rarely fixed things and when they did, the job was so badly done that you would wish it had been left. Examples include removing part of ceiling to fix waste pipe then never replacing it, planing the doorframe rather than the top of the door when the door began to stick and never painting after leaks had - eventually - been fixed. Our rent was well in excess of £350 p/w so this was not a cheap property.
As a tenant I was unhappy with their property maintenance service. As a landlord, I would have been furious with the lack of care their "maintenance" team took with the property.
A few months ago, we were encouraged by the agent to leave a positive review here or, if we had a problem, to not leave a review. I notice from their score that in spite of that, they are not regarded favourably.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provided a reasonable level of service.
