We changed to this agent after a stressful experience when our sale had fallen through at the final hurdle, with a different agent. I made them aware of the problems we had had and said that I needed to be kept informed throughout the process. I dealt mainly with one person in the office, Jenny Boyle, unless she was unavailable, when Rachael would deal with my enquiries. Both of them were very helpful, they kept me informed of all proceedings. It was not an easy sale and took longer than we would have liked but they did everything they could to move it along more quickly and to keep me informed of progress.
