We have been in the same property for two years now and am unable to find any grievances with the service provided by the agent. Any problems that have occured with the property have been rectified quickly, for example; the boiler stopped working and a plumber was arranged to fix the problem the same afternoon. We have always found the agent very easy to contact, almost always answering the phone, however if a message was left it was replied to within a couple of hours.

Overall we have been very satisfied with the service we have received.
