From the start we spent a lot of time firing questions at colleagues at Linley and Simpson, to which various members of the team responded comprehensively and professionally.

Although the application process was quite long and thorough, this has given us an element of security, reassuring us that we are dealing with a very reputable and organised company.

When we did have a problem recently with the washing machine and heating, upon contacting the office, a serviceman was sent straight away.

I have no concerns about contacting the Agent in the future should we have any queries.

I would fully recommend anyone looking to move in Leeds to deal with Linley and Simpson if they want a professional company which stands head above many of the pop-up, sales-oriented companies which flood the over-crowded Leeds rental market.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our initial investigation, you are provided with a further and final opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by a member of the senior management team, who has not already been involved in the initial investigation. This should be raised with Jonathan Morgan, MD, at the above address and he will conduct the review.

In the event that the final review, as detailed above, still fails to satisfy your complaint, then you are at liberty to have the matter referred to The Property Ombudsman. We will submit our file to the Ombudsman on request.
