All started off quite well by finding a tenant quite quickly etc. But since payment has been taken for the 6 months services it appears very that responses to questions etc are very slow. In fact I sent an email regarding early termination of contract as the tenants seem to be creating damage to my property over a week ago asking for a prompt response; I have had no response at all not even to say that the information has been received by both Customer Services and the branch Manager.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to my queries and questions as it did seem that they did not care.
