When the property was rented out it was clear that for a management fee there was no overseeing of the property and no inspection. The house was filthy but allegedly professionally cleaned, the inventory was very inaccurate, and there were so many things wrong with the house as to be shocking.

Do not use this agency. It has been told to me that tennants have been angry with this agency too for not caring.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They are too bad, and never admit their own errors or apologized, therefore it would be impossible for them to improve.

I have checked our records and can find no evidence of a tenant called Kate or indeed Kathryn. So am not in a position to reply to this complaint, as I feel this may be another estate agent trying to tarnish our good reputation. I would politely point out to whoever wrote this that tenants is spelt with one n, not two. Kind regards. Paul Nevin - Director
