Please read this and stay away from this unprofessional and disorganised "company"
I rented a house for 3 years, I soon realised there was a lot wrong with the house eg the plug sockets falling off the walls, bathroom leaking into the hall & bedroom, heating not working properly etc. So I called them to be told call their plumber or electrician (which there is only one of each) they hardly answered the phone and were always too busy then when work needed doing they had to ask the office first which always took ages, because of this We were left for over a month including christmas day with no heating or hot water at all!
If you call the office, around 90% of the time the person you need to talk to has \'just popped out\' so you leave a message and never get called back, you have to chase them for everything! even through email they hardly get back to you, they all lie to cover each others back and promise you whatever you want and then its forgotten about and you start again with the next member of staff.
They charge you for anything they can. eg re-sign the contract every 6 months
And don\'t expect your deposit back in a hurry! It\'s taken me 6 months to get mine back and once again they are trying to charge me for everything they can.
I am disgusted by this company, I have been renting for 10 years and have never had a penny of my deposit retained.
I really wish I read the reviews before I rented with them
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not lie Not charge me for everything possible Give me heat and water over christmas At least get back to me
