Service absolutely awful. They forced on me a three year contract and rent collection fees up front all paid upfront for three years. Tenants foreigners and semi-professional and their screening did not include a bank reference. Rent received ALWAYS three to four weeks in arrears. After over two years, tenants stopped paying. The agency nontheless keep the entire three years fees unless you continue to use them for securing new tenants. The legal team has been very slow and inefficient so that I am loosing even more money. I have lost an enormous amount of money with their incompetent service in spite of a lousy tenant warranty. Tenancy warranty kicks in after three months you loose money from non paying tenants in spite of the excess being \'only\' five weeks. Service OVERALL the MOST AWFUL and INEFFICIENT. PLEASE RUN FAST FROM LUDLOW THOMPSON! DIISTASTEFUL.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Screen the candidates better i.e. including a bank reference from a UK bank and employer\'s details
Returning the pro rata rent collection fees if the tenants are not paying
Force the tenants to use direct debit / standing order
Listening to my requirements
Make real visits to the flat and speaking to the tenants face to face
Work for me rather than working for the tenants
Be fast and efficient especially legal team and rent collection
