Terrible, terrible customer service.

Called to fix an appointment and the PiC didn\'t realize I already had an appointment with a colleague of hers.

1st appointment gets cancelled - Said they call and left a voicemail....Couldn\'t text given that I booked 30 minutes before?

Funniest thing of all is that apparently the property was already gone and the second guy did not even bother to call and cancel HIS appointment.

Disgraceful and disappointing. Completely unprofessional.

Dear FattiTuoi,

I hope you are well. The property's market in London is extremely competitive and most times an apartment stays on the market for literally a matter of hours. You have booked an appointment (as you stated) for a property twice with the same company just with a different person and this appointment was cancelled by the first agent who you booked it with. You can understand that as your appointment was already cancelled the second agent you booked it with would not cancel the same viewing again.
