My partner and I rented our first property in cardiff bay last July. The property was lovely though the \'landlady\' was as much use as a chocolate teapot. Despite many calls and emails regarding problems in the flat we received no reply. Not until we sent her an email saying we\'ll get our own plumber and will forward the bill to her ( got a reply in literally 5 min) we ended our tenancy early and found another couple to take over. £300 was sent to irdhomes by mistake and I\'m still waiting for a cheque (since 25/03/13) despite emails and phone calls I still haven\'t received a cheque/phone call/ email. The way we have been dealt with during our stay, and after, at irdhomes is nothing more than unprofessional and a bad experience due to the landlady. I\'d seriously looking over the reviews before getting a property with this company
