I used Brown\'s to get a valuation, they sent a vendors pack out, without the brochure, detailed the wrong address, I corrected them and the agent still went to the wrong address. I phoned them to let them know I would be using another agent, and they have been hounding me weekly since. They do have cheaper rates, but they have an incompetent administrative process.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Brown\'s need to tidy up their admin process, listen better and not be so pushy, this seems to be as n organisation issue rather than an branch issue, but I wouldn\'t consider using any Brown\'s branch in any capacity.
