Don't use this estate agent. When we used them to sell a house, WE paid their commission so they were working for us, but they were doing everything in the interest of the buyers (who were friends of them),. They told us many lies, said the buyers were cash buyers (which they were not), gave us unexisting addresses of the buyers, ....
