I wish they managed all of our properties because they are :On the Ball Helpful Polite reliable. All agents are expensive but at least you get a good service for the outlay.

Terrible. What I want to say would probably be illegal and without full accounts and costs (including independent quotes) it would be hard to prove.

Any agents fees are too high as a matter of normality. It is the results one gets from the service offered which justifies or otherwise, the fees. In this case, just about works.. !
