We are with Your Move for about 8 months, had just a few viewings literally, but plenty of them cancelled, or I should say: never didn't take place. Agent seems not to be bothered to inform you about above. And this is the biggest issue. You spend your time, put some effort to make your place look great for the viewing and your agent is not bothered to inform you that for any reason viewing won't happen. Ok, people cancel viewings, normal thing. But agent is going to take a few grand for his "work" so in our opinion is his job to monitor the situation regarding viewings for you and let you know if people just are not going to be there simply.
The other thing about the agent is that we have had a one feedback from them after all this time. All the other viewings we did not get any form of feedback about them .Joke.
