DO NOT USE THEM, AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!! Upon our moving in to the property the keys weren\'t ready, we had to go out ourselves and make copies (photocopied the receipt and will reduce it from our rent). Only after over a month we received 2nd copy of a communal key (it\'s special made and the managing agency needs to do it, but first they needed payment from landlord/agency, they didn\'t want to pay, but finally we made them). 2 heaters weren\'t working, 3rd was damaged. It was very cold weather and we were freezing, begging the agency (which is managing the property for the landlord) to fix them - we had to use our electric heaters and spent a lot of money for electricity because our heaters weren\'t working. Only after threatening with legal action they started to move their a..es. The worst thing is, we don\'t have a shower with hot water. They don\'t want to fix it and we haven\'t been told when we viewed the flat that the shower is not working (we tried the shower when viewing, only cold water was coming through, because there was no electricity here, therefore no heaters were on or hot water).
The side of the bath is completely broken (the metal panel) and falling, we had to stick it to the bath with sellotape, but when it\'s windy it is still moving violently. There is so many other things which needs to be done and we will go to the lawyer, they are breaching the agreement in many ways.
The staff is lying and lying, making excuses, they can\'t even spell properly. I wonder how did they got a job there... Hm... They deserve to be all sacked and get there some professionals, please! If those people can work in estate agency, I can perform a heart surgeries. Amen.
