Mr Hamilton offered me an unrealistically high marketing price, so do your homework so that you have an idea what is realistic.The contract was full of contradictions and seemed to have been cut and pasted together and didn\'t make sense. The marketing information that I was shown for other similar properties had not been proof-read and had several errors re: room sizes. The fixed fee was higher than other agents offered and was payable on exchange (instead of on completion).
Over 6 months after I advised Mr Hamilton that I was using another agent I am still being contacted by LT!
What agent could do to change your mind?
More honesty, and less hype!
