From the outset of this process we felt that we were not simply customers but part of the "Teighnmouth Office Family." For ten years we had owned a holiday home and it was time to say goodbye - should we let or sell? James gave us excellent, impartial advice throughout and we decided to let the property. However we soon found a water leak that had caused major damage in the en-suite. James used his expert local knowledge to put us in touch with local tradesmen. This set us back a few months but this did not faze James, Claire or Rosie one bit; we were referred to as "our longest serving customers." In fact when the property was ready, they gave it their final inspection and believed they could receive more rental income for us; which they did! Amazing in this day and age. When the Exmouth Letting Management Office became involved, in the process, the same top quality service continued. We live 200 miles away and can honestly say that we feel as if we have left our lovely holiday home with Bradleys; not with tenants we have never met. The service was that good. I have already recommended them to friends in Devon who are currently with other estate agents. .
