They either didn\'t call or called in an attempt to get me to chase things that I was promised they would deal with, I was told to exchange contracts this week or you will lose the sale, but after talking to solicitors it was not urgent and could wait. So in summary James and Sarah-Jayne are very good, they are let down by the rest of the staff
What agent could do to change your mind?
Change staff or train more thoroughly and review performance.
Record phone calls and use as staff training.
Advise staff that moving is a very stressful time and regular communication is necessary even if there\'s nothing to say!
