Thames View are truly awful property managers. Whenever there is a problem they never fix it, or if they do take an extremely long time to do so. We have had serious problems for over a year with nothing been done about them. I cannot stress enough how poor they have been and would recommend anyone against using them.

hidden - ie not unless you dig in and get them to admit that they charge 10% on top of any works that need doing - eg a £1000 plumbing issue costs an incremental £100. also they are incentivised not to call out eg Thames Water who will sort for free but send in their own contractors.
