Tenant’s generally complain following our end of tenancy check and when we raise issues when a property is not presented to the same standard that it was at the start of the tenancy and cleaning and/or damage is noted which then needs to be addressed, either by the tenant, landlord or a contractor or by way of compensation to the landlord.
