Was some time ago now, however still have a bad taste in my mouth and only just seen this site when instructing a new agent. I was at best misinformed of when I would be free to review the rental of my property. Ended up for 2 years renting well below the market value. (After my increase of rent was refused by the tenant, "I would have been advised at the time" though as 95% of my dealings were by email I have checked this! no mention. Perhaps things may have changed, you may give them the benefit of the doubt.
