my son signed a joint tenancy with several liability so when another tenant did not pay his rent that amount was deducted form my sons deposit, that tenants guarantor was not charged. these tenancies are very unfair and stuents should be very wary of signing them. ...

Hello, I have just moved out from a dreadfully maintained property, I am wondering if perhaps it was the same one? What street was it on please? Homelets are always keen to blame the landlords from what I can see (and from my own experience) - it appears that they treat both sides as badly! ...

We are having an awful experience with Homelets. We have compelling evidence that they will do anything to keep our deposit. I too am going to take the Watchdog and Rouge Trader route. It's been back and forth, a MyDeposit dispute and as much warning to all students out there. The property was mouldy, the boiler leaking and the list goes on. They are so irresponsible that they're risking lives. I want to warn every current tenant. They should not be allowed to trade. ...

This is obviously a review written by somebody that works for homelets, homelets are AWFUL. I've never met a single person with a good experience, I personally know people who have had ceilings fall through, toilets that have never been fixed, frequent viewings with no prior consent...I've even met somebody who went on holiday to return to a house with no roof, they started repairing the roof without informing the tenant and then the building stopped before the roof was complete. The staff are r ...
