We have found Clifton Property Services Limited\'s (CPSL) \'service\' to be very poor. The initial consultant was friendly and helpful when we moved in, but after signing the contract we were directed to others in the team (property manager and senior consultant) who came across as evasive, rude and unprofessional. The man responsible for the management of the property regularly failed to respond to queries in a timely manner or even attempt to resolve some of the issues raised. Judging from the other reviews of this company, this appears to be a common feature. Speaking as both landlords and tenants, we would not recommend using CPSL in either capacity. This is undoubtedly the least accommodating and unprofessional estate agent we have dealt with.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide decent customer service, i.e. be friendly and helpful, responding to queries in a timely fashion and attempting to resolve problems raised.
