The agents were asked to co-ordiante with the landlords\' and have the house painted, the letrical appliances replaced and new curtains in all the rooms. They didn\'t bother to pass our request to the owner and instead lied that the landlord didn\'t want to do that.
The landlord and we are now talking directly and find them extremely considerate to the extent that they\'ve now gone beyond our original requests to do a lot more at the house.
It is a shame that our initial requests were not passed over the landlord as it would\'ve saved us a lot of inconvenience and also the money we spent for short lets while they waited on handing over the house to us.
What agent could do to change your mind?
There is no sense of responsiveness to the client. Our calls were not answered till much later and when done they were no solutions to our requests
