We are very happy with the service we received from Townends. We mainly dealt with Simon day to day, but Herrine carried out the initial home visit. Simon kept us informed of developments and was extremely helpful, he handled any problems that arose quickly and we are grateful for his help. We would definitely use Townends again and recommend them to others.
