We put our house on the market with bridgefords 5 months ago, We have had maybe four viewings one from a prospective buyer who just knocked on the door one day out of desperation at being unable to contact the agent, we have done three of the viewings ourself. We never receive feedback! We have had no advertisment in the local press. The only time we hear from them is when they want us to reduce the price, I am Convinced that the sales team earn more comission when they sign you up then when they make a sale, if you visit the branch it is like entering a call centre, all they are trying to do is sign up new sellers who pay upfront for suspect add on packages which are useless. We were rang by bridgefords at least once a week after the inital valuation until we signed up, now we rarely hear from them. They are truly terrible. Beware

What agent could do to change your mind?
Having done a small amount of research, ‚£360 application fee is an extortionate amount, even in the estate agent world.
