generally very poor agents. Rarely did they ever reply to emails. I was always having to chase them on issues which I felt that they should have been doing as a matter of course such as checking the landlord certificate was up to date and annual checks on the property.
I recently visited the property and noticed that things had been changed without my knowledge. On speaking to the tennants they said that they had tried to ask my permission via the agents but that the agents rarley responded to them,
They rarely kept me informed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
performing regular checks on the property, ensuring the landlord certificates were up to date ( i always had to always chase and remind them to contact the tennants for appointmenst of inspections) and keeping me informed about the tennants and the property
