Moved into a property 7 weeks ago, Lenwell told me at the last minute that I would have to wait about 4 weeks to have a electric meter fitted.

It transpired that I could not have a meter fitted as the property has an illegal electric connection. Further problems also with the condition of the flat, no fire door, toilet not flushing, being left unable to top up electric meter in flat next door that supplied mine and food going off, no hot water, not able to cook, no heating, etc.

Lenwell made so many promises, such as a full refund.... Still waiting now!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Ridiculous Customer Service, never in 15 years of renting have I come across such an uncaring company. I would never recommend you to anyone
