I chose WJ Meade to deal with the sale of my late mothers property as they were the closest to the property. Initially, I thought all Estate Agents were the same but working with Patrick Morgan made the process so much better for me. It was a difficult time for me, having just lost my mother and the the family home had sentimental values attached but Patrick Morgan was considerate to this. I lived out of the area, so Patrick would always ensure the property was left locked and secure with curtains part drawn as I requested and internal doors left slightly ajar. Patrick was always clear and concise in keeping me up to date, even if there was no further progress. When I asked to have a weekly update, I got it. A couple of times I bit his head off after receiving frustrating news about potential buyers but he took it on the chin. Patrick went beyond my expectations, making the final sale of the property run so smoothly. When I phoned him to ask if he would check something out, he would be one step ahead of me and had already done it. I couldn't have had any better service than I had and I can't thank Patrick enough. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent and request Patrick again, should I have the need of an estate agent in this area.
