This was our first experience of renting and it was all done stress free. From the moment we walked in to the branch in Eastbourne we were welcomed with a smile. Emma Bailey could not have been more helpful. She contacted us regularly with updates, be it by phone or email and answered all our questions very quickly.
The after care was also brilliant, the day we moved we couldn\'t get the heating to work and with it being 5pm on a Friday we thought we were in for a cold night but the staff organised an emergency call out which was here within an hour.
Overall the service from Oakfield was superb and I would recommend to anyone.
The staff, particularly Emma Bailey are a credit to the company.
