Discrace the company are s***, the flat we rented with our 6 month old child started leeking through the roof into the babies room in October and mansons wouldn\'t do any thing about it till feb wen we left and they found another tenant. The windows did not shut properly in the property so we couldn\'t heat it up and they wouldn\'t do any thing about it. Now wer still fighing to get our bond back after we passed te inventory when we checked out an handed in all our final bills there still trying to keep it by saying wer just finishing this last bit of paper work and we will get it tomorrow this has been going on for 3 weeks now. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Dear Gary,

Further to your recent review, we can confirm that there were no outstanding deposit monies around the 16th April or before. We believe we have identified the property that this relates to. If this is the case, your bond was in fact returned on the 27th February 2013, 5 days after you were released from your tenancy agreement and the landlord began repair works.
If this is not correct, we would strongly urge you to get in touch directly or contact My Deposits if a genuine reason for your dissatisfaction exists. Then the appropriate steps can be taken to rectify this without delay.
