TENANTS BEWARE. Hidden, unjustified charges, additional clauses committing you to unjustifably high rent increases slipped into contracts when you renew. Make sure you put everything in writing. You\'ll need the legally binding back up - that is guaranteed

LANDLORDS BEWARE. Shoddy repeairs will mean that you end up paying a lot more over time as issues keep reappearing because they haven\'t been fixed properly. It will end up costing you MORE than it needs to, and no doubt D&H charge you for the privalege each time. If I had a property to rent out, after having been a tennant with these guys, I would not entrust it to them.

It\'s also worth saying that D&H incentivise tennants to provide positive 4 and 5 star reviews with M&S vouchers. This will no doubt skew their overall result.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more honest. I believe this is not an issue with regards to the staff at D&H, more a problem with company values
