Absolutely pathetic service from these incompetent people. Every time you contact them whoever answers the phone immediately starts saying they don\'t deal with that problem. For problems with the property they tell you to email only and then wonder why you are ringing up to ask why your emails are being ignored. Jacqui actually cut me off half way through a sentence and transferred me to voicemail when I was asking why my emails were being ignored.

Their property was badly maintained and full of problems.

To top it all off they are late returning my deposit and have been ignoring all my emails about it.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Do your job to the most basic standard at least.
