This agent squandered £146 of me for a tenancy renewal which was never discussed between the landlord & myself. They sent me a new AST to sign, but 2 days later I received an email from them with signed copies of the Repossession Notice to vacate property!!!! Surely a renewal fee can only be called for if a new tenancy had been agreed and signed by parties concerned. When I have more time, I will look into reporting them to relevant bodies and retrieve the money paid.
