Epic fail. Fees are astronomical. Had so much trouble with the agents, some of my housemates were from Europe (ie, not English as first language), and did not understand all the terms, when we asked, the agents treated us like scum. When the contract ran out after 12 months, and we asked to have 2 new people on the new contract when others moved out, they acted as if it was a massive inconvenience to them.

We also requested to speak to the landlady, as we wanted to paint some of the flaking walls, after about 5 premium number phone calls going in circles with Glenmead , we were told that they cannot give her number out, but were not willing to contact her on our behalf.

Then by chance, the neighbours gave us the landlady's number anyway, and we dealt with her directly, and she was more than willing to pay for paint if we painted the walls ourselves.

They also left a massive 'For Rent' sign in our front yard and my one house mate was verbally told we were not allowed to remove it as it was their property, and removing it would be destruction of their property.
