Sedge were selling a property I wished to purchase i found the staff polite but inexperienced in the process of property transactions. The owner of the business is a very aggorgant man who changes his fake persona from the seller to the buyer. be very careful this company caused the failure of my purchase by keeping me ill informed and causing stress
Like I have never known in my life the ownef of sedge Pete coupland as he is reffered is rude and unprofessional
he uses bully boy tactics when he cannot deal with issues in a professional manner buyers and sellers please be very careful if your surveyor asks for any further reports believe me you are unlikly to get them you may be told they are coming right up to exchange but every excuse will be given, they will not arrive they will not chase them and you as a buyer will be expected to shut up and procede otherwise you will be handed over from the polite staff to the big bully Peter Coupland buyers sellers renters please beware you will lose sleep and money with this so called agency
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent owner Pete Coupland has a very strange way of dealing with clients he behaves like a bully when he is asked questions relating to the sale, professionalism is not his strongest point perhaps he is new to this business it does appear this way. He should be honest with clients instead of the rubbish talk he tries to fill you with regarding your purchase. Sadly he will lose many clients both sellers and buyers if he does not address his lack of training issues
