Useless unhelpful staff. I tried to rent a property through this agents and they were extremely rude and did not provide a good service. I had been warned about this agent by colleagues that had tried to rent through them and am dissapointed that they were correct when they said not to use them. I would never consider using them again

Wolfs did not provide good customer service. Wolfs did not communicate properly with me as a tenant. Wolfs charged a clean up fee at the end of the lease even though the apartment was left in a better condition than it was originally in.
