Overall I feel the could have been better. I took a mortage via this branch. I was often having to chase people for updates. At one point the vender has a higher offer on the property, yet no one bothered to even tell me. I had to ring the vender to ask generally "how the sale with me was going on".. I found that really poor.

Generally, the service was provided and thats all it was. Nothing exceptional.
