Both Norman and Louise made the process of renting the property very smooth. Norman showed us round the property and adminstered the referencing process and acceptance. Louise dealt with the handing over of keys and contract. They were responsive, professional, and courteous. They outlined the moving in process clearly and gave us the relevant information promptly. It was a positive experience.

Molly has been very friendly and helpful with regards to the management of our property. It makes me feel confident that if any issues arise during our time here she'll do her best to resolve them. Me and my husband have been very unimpressed with the service we received from Norman. He seemed disengaged and superior at our first meeting, didn't discuss the property as we went round etc which was in stark contrast to the service I had received from other agents such as Abbey Estates who were friendly, chatty and helpful with questions etc. We have come to the decision that as delightful as Molly has been we will not use Darwoods for future services when we look to buy.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Make the customer feel valued - moving is a stressful time and a little friendliness would be appreciated. If you charge a large Admin Fee, make sure you do all the admin, not leave it to the customer.
