When we visited the branch to sign our contract, they seemed helpful and kind, but weren\'t very forth coming with information. Such as not informing us of certain clauses in the contract, seemingly trying to take advantage of our young age, luckily we read the small print. We signed a tenancy agreement with them to move in July. And since we signed they have been very unhelpful, we couldn\'t get hold of them on the phone and none of our messages were returned. We finally received an email response to our inquiry\'s, the reply was very short and quite unhelpful. Will not use them again in future and will not recommend.
